Health First’s Multi-First One Daily features Aquamin™ Calcium & Ferrochel® Iron. This one a day capsule is a great daily solution for the maintenance of good health and supports normal development.
Health First’s formula also contains Aquamin, a unique marine multi- mineral complex, providing bio-active calcium, magnesium and 72 other trace minerals.
Free from: artificial flavour or colour, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, soy, yeast and GMO materials.
Dosage: Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablet with food once per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Risk information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking sulfonamides, have peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.
